You can checkout anytime before 11 am. Any request to extend the checkout time will depend upon the occupancy on that day and the other guests’ check-in time preferences. Late checkout will fetch extra charges.

We welcome one pet per room. However, the Ivy Suite & Ivy Coupe can accommodate up to two pets.

Currently, we primarily host dogs and cats. If you have a different type of pet, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We understand it might be difficult, but we don’t allow pets in our common area, Kriti, which also serves as our main dining space. Since we have floor seating, this is purely to ensure hygiene and the comfort of all guests during meals. Hope you understand!

Our property is not fenced, and we plan to maintain this open setting. As we are located in a village, local residents often use our walkway for commuting. We recommend that pet owners keep their furry companions leashed when outdoors if they tend to wander.

The open environment here offers a wonderful opportunity for your pets to walk and run freely, a refreshing change from city life. However, as this is a village with some stray dogs in the area, we recommend keeping your pets leashed during walks, and, if possible, carrying a baton for added safety.

Mukteshwar’s main attractions are open spaces that welcome pets, though caution is advised, except for the Bhalugarh waterfall. Don’t worry— we can guide you to a secluded waterfall where water-loving pets can enjoy some free time.

Many cafes in Mukteshwar are pet-friendly. Notable options include The Birdsong Cafe, The Birdcage Restaurant, Cafe Chandi Mati, Chirping Tales, and Cafe Gahana.

We have a fully functional kitchen and provide pet meals.

Yes, we have a private parking spot, adjacent to the main road. A ~600m (12-15 min) village trail walk takes you to the property. First 100 m are the steepest: We can drop the needful guests in our car until that spot. From there it is ~200 m flat >> 50 m uphill, not very steep >> ~250m flat and down hill. Our team member/s will provide help with heavy luggage/s. We request our guests to extend their helping hands in carrying light items and luggages such as laptop bags, hand bags, bag-packs etc.

Our parking space is non-gated and is adjacent to the main road. Most of the villages/ houses in this region are situated away from the road, making such parking arrangements very common where community members ensure safety and security collectively.

Guests can get parking spots for up to 3 cars under the CCTV surveillance.

– Kids below 5 years: no charges
– Kids between 5 to 10 years of age will be charged ₹150 for breakfast, ₹349 per kid for lunch & dinner
– Kids above 10 years of age will be considered adults

If mountains and nature are your thing, there are plenty you can do to spend time in Letibunga itself:

– Take an evening walk to the scenic and quiet Letibunga Primary school
– Visit the Local village temple nestled in Oak (local name: banj) forest
– Watch Himalayan birds closely while working or chilling in the balcony with the open view in the backdrop.
– Give a helping hand to the locals in the farm fields and taste the hard work.
– Take a guided trek through the scenic Letibunga Village to the waterfall down the hill and climb back through the forest. (Guide charges: ₹500)
– Go for a picnic to one of the best view points of Letibunga. We will set up the tent for you, and get food items delivered to the picnic site. If the day is right, stay till dusk to see the moon rising while the clouds are painted in dramatic colors on the other side over the Mukteshwar hills. (Charges: ₹1,000 excluding food)
– Spend the evening in the gazebo area over your favorite beverage. Have some fun time with friends and family playing Board and card games.
– Have a jamming session or record your own music in our common area- Kriti. We have got an acoustic guitar, ukulele, scarlet audio interface, and a mic.
– Gather around the fire pit when it gets chilly and enjoy your favorite drinks together with hot snacks. Bonfire charges: ₹2000 (~2 hrs) for the big fireplace (suitable for big groups), ₹1000 (~2 hrs) for the 2 small ones (ask us for videos to know more)
– Enjoy scrumptious barbecue snacks (Food charges extra and can be selected from the barbecue menu)
– Find the constellations and see the milky way while the crickets are chirping to break the silence of the night.

Smoking is allowed only in the outer areas, including the balcony. All rooms are strictly a no smoking zone. Apart from the smell, there is always a danger of wood catching fire so we all got to be extremely mindful.

Drinking is allowed in all areas, including the rooms.

The property is at ~7 hours drive from Delhi/Noida, and 9 hours from Lucknow. 

Roads are wide, and remain clear during all seasons. During tourist seasons, sometimes traffic runs slow until Bhimtal. We can arrange for a local taxi if booked a day in advance. Fare to be paid directly to the driver.
